SKTT BALI ONLINE - Surat Keterangan Tempat Tinggal

SKTT (Surat Keterangan Tempat Tinggal) translated from Indonesian as “Certificate of Domicile” or “Residence Certificate”.
It is a legal document issued by the Population and Civil Registration Office to certify the residence of an individual or family at the address indicated in their Temporary Stay Permit (KITAS).

WHY I NEED SKTT in BALI

According to Indonesian law, it’s a must for all KITAS holders to have their SKTT renewed and updated every year – foreigners will not be able to renew their stay permit without an updated SKTT.

 

In accordance with the Law of The Republic of Indonesia Number 23 Of 2006 about Population Administration, every foreigner who possess Limited Residence Permit (ITAS- Ijin Tiggal Terbatas) in Indonesia shall report to Regional Population and Civil Registration Department (Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil) and obtain SKTT (Surat Keterangan Tempat Tinggal) – Residency Certificate no later than 14 (fourteen) days of issuance of Limited Residence Permit (ITAS- Ijin Tiggal Terbatas). The SKTT (Surat Keterangan Tempat Tinggal) – Residency Certificate will adapt the validity of Limited Residence Permit (ITAS- Ijin Tiggal Terbatas) of the respective Foreinger.

 

The Foreigner must carry SKTT (Surat Keterangan Tempat Tinggal) – Residency Certificate in case of travel. An administrative fine of Rp. 100.000 (Hundred Thousand Rupiahs) may apply to those foreigners who failed to show their SKTT (Surat Keterangan Tempat Tinggal) – Residency Certificate on inspection.

How to get SKTT in Bali SKTT PROCESS BALI

To get your SKTT, all you need to do is fill in the necessary information in the form and provide listed documents:

 

1. Domicili Letter with stamps of banjar kelurahan and kecamatan authorities from your area

2. passport bio page photo/scan

3. KITAS file

4. Face photo

 

If you do not have Domicili Letter, you have to process without this document for an extra charge.

If you do not have Domicile Letter, we will have to make this document online before process of SKTT (additionally).

After successful verification, SKTT is guaranteed to be issued.

2. PAYMENT FOR SKTT
 

After we confirm accept of your documents, you can proceed with payment.
Payments are secured and processed by Bank Indonesia.
Accepted cards: VISA and Mastercard.

Apply for SKTT is always next day early morning, after payment and documents from client are confirmed (day before).We are working on weekends, Civil Offices are closed.

DOCUMENT IS ISSUED
 

In ordered time process, we will send you the SKTT file (pdf) on WhatsApp number provided by you in the application form.

You can scan QR code on your SKTT to authenticate the document on government website.

HOW MUCH IS SKTT COST

1. SKTT normal process 5-7 business days: 900.000 IDR

2. SKTT express process 2-3 business days: 1.400.000 IDR

DO NOT HAVE DOMICILI LETTER?

If you have a KITAS or KITAP, but you do not have a Domicili letter, we can process this document for you online before processing SKTT.
