Before choosing the agency / agent with the lowest offer, it is worth checking if:
Does the agency operate from a permanent office with a verifiable address available on Google Maps, or is someone simply offering assistance because they “have friends”?
Does the agency have genuine long-term positive reviews, or did dozens of five-star reviews suddenly appear within a short period from newly created accounts?
Do employees respond professionally and efficiently to emails and WhatsApp messages without unnecessary delays, or do clients constantly need to follow up before “5 PM Bali time” just to receive an update?
Is the website professional, updated, and transparent with clear information, or does it appear amateurish, outdated, and lacking proper structure?
Is payment requested only after your documents have been positively verified and confirmed?
Are payments processed securely through a registered company account or official card payment system, or are clients asked to transfer money to a private individual? Remember: only verified companies are authorized to process official card payments.
Will you be assigned one dedicated agent who will handle your case consistently throughout the visa process, including extensions or status changes, or are you repeatedly contacted by different people with no clear accountability?
You can find offers below market value, but you can also find countless stories of cases where the visa turned out to be invalid at the airport, and then the costs and nerves are disproportionate to the few dollars saved. You are not able to check the validity of the visa until you enter Indonesia, it is worth having proof of payment, an invoice with the name of the company, and direct contact to the agent in charge.
Often, after arrival, there are many situations in which you may need support or assistance, our agents are always on the phone and will help or advise you on basic matters after landing – free of charge.
When spending such a large amount on a flight to Indonesia, it is worth to choose peace and safety.
