Finding a villa in Bali is a real challenge.

1. We promise between 6 and 8 offers based on your requirements, presented each week on wednesday and sunday.

 

2. You will get: area, contract period and conditions, costs, photos, additional informations.

 

3. Payment have to be finalized every sunday during the requested service.

 

4. You will get a company invoice with service name and description for every payment.

 

5. We do not charge fee from tenant or renter contract.

 

6. The price of our weekly offer also includes negotiation services and full representation of the client to the landlord.

What is optimal time for finding a villa?

I can do it in one week but obviously searching will be not most accurate.
Best is around 3 weeks + 1 week to finish the paperwork if client decide to.

What is the fastest period you ever found the villa for a client?

In one week, but client was very hurry, and i don’t recommend that fast decisions, specially if the contract is yearly

How the process of searching looks like?

I start my work on monday, and on wednesday i will send 3-4 currently available offers in different styles, fits to the requirements of the client.
After clients opinion, will focus on searching similar villas to those which client like most, and i will send 3-4 new offers on sunday. 

I will continue searching until client decision to stop, to contact the owner/agent, ask me to visit the villa, make more photos, video call around the villa, anything which can make your decision best as possible.

Can i rent a villa before i come to Bali?

Yes, i will get the contract from the owner/agent and show to the client, if the client agree, it will be downpayment to pay (to the owner/agent). 

Can you check the villa before i will decide to rent?

I can make a video / video call tour with you in the villa and show the parts you will be interested.

I have a check list made by the maintenance specialists, which i will suggest to you to follow during the villa checking.

What are the most important factors of villa you checking and maybe client doesn’t know about?

Rain/humid resistance, electricity system condition, close surrounding. Villa can be beautiful, but fighting chickens farm next to your bedroom is not the something you looking for.

How many clients you helping in one time?

I assist in not more than 10 cases in one time, to keep my efficiency and raports on highest possible standard.

In what currences i can pay for the service?

If you pay by card online using the button on the website, you will pay in Indonesian currency (IDR)

If you decide to make a bank transfer, it can be in IDR, USD, or EUR

Can i get an invoice?

Yes of course, on your wish i will provide an invoice covered by Ratu Rajasa Group which represents me.

How if i don’t pay on sunday?

I keep my schedule very serious, you will get requested offers or informations always on wednesday and on suday. If you decide to not pay on sunday for my next week work, i understand you don’t need my assistance.
